How much does the service cost?

Our pricing depends on the size of your property and the services required. For domestic cleaning, rates typically start from £18-20 per hour. We offer free consultations where we visit your home to understand your needs and provide an accurate quote tailored to you. There are no hidden fees - the price we quote is the price you pay.

How do I pay?

Will I always get the same cleaner?

Yes! We assign you the same dedicated cleaner for each visit. This allows them to get to know your home, your preferences, and exactly how you like things done. If your regular cleaner is unavailable due to illness or holiday, we'll arrange a replacement from our vetted team and inform you in advance.

Why aren't you the cheapest company?

We believe in fair pricing that reflects the quality of service we provide. Unlike some competitors, we directly employ our cleaners (rather than using contractors), pay them fair wages, provide full training, and carry comprehensive insurance. This means more reliable service, better quality, and peace of mind for you.

Do we have to sign a contract?

No long-term contracts required. We operate on a simple pay-as-you-go basis for regular cleaning. You're free to adjust or cancel your service with just one week's notice. We believe in earning your trust through quality service, not tying you into contracts.

Is there a trial period?

Yes! We offer a trial period of 4 scheduled cleans. This gives you time to assess our service quality and build a relationship with your cleaner. Most of our clients stay with us for years after their trial!

What happens if I want to cancel?

We require one week's notice for cancellations. If you need to skip or reschedule a clean, just let us know at least a week in advance and there's no charge. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we try to be as flexible as possible.

Do you provide cleaning equipment?

You have options! Most clients prefer us to use their own products and equipment as they know what works best in their home. However, we can bring professional-grade supplies if you prefer - just let us know during the consultation.

One cleaner or two per visit?

For most regular domestic cleans, you'll have one dedicated cleaner who becomes familiar with your home. For larger properties or deep cleans, we may send a team of two to ensure thorough coverage. We'll discuss what works best during the consultation.

Do I have to be home during cleaning?

Not at all! Many clients provide us with a key or key code, allowing them to continue with their day while we clean. Your keys are kept secure and only your assigned cleaner has access. Of course, you're welcome to be there if you prefer.

What if I'm not happy with a clean?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with any aspect of a clean, let us know within 24 hours and we'll send someone back to address the issue at no extra cost.

What if breakage or damage occurs?

In the rare event of accidental damage, our comprehensive insurance covers it. Simply report the incident and we'll handle the claim process. We carry £5,000,000 public liability insurance specifically to protect you and your belongings.

Do you clean windows?

We clean interior windows as part of our regular cleaning service. For exterior windows, especially at height, we recommend using a specialist window cleaning company who have the proper equipment and safety training.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all London postcodes within the M25 and surrounding areas. We're based in Croydon, Greater London.
